Horrible. Almost exact same situation as the person below. I application process took two months. Phone screen then a panel interview with three different managers. Absolutely crushed every question they gave, and was told they were trying to fill the position immediately. Three weeks later followed up for an update, and said they were still interviewing... its an entry level position. When I looked online the job had been reposted multiple times with 700+ applicants each time. Either they had no intention of ever filling the role or they are trying to find a unicorn. Either way, I can't imagine a company I'd want to work for wasting senior management's time interviewing for an entry-level marketing position. Seemed like a very disorganized and disingenuous company, run.
