The interview process consisted of a brief initial phone call followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Fairly typical questions regarding experience and what I was looking for, and the interviewer was very open to being asked questions in return. The second interview was with another of the hiring managers (two groups that shared resources) and while some of the same background/introduction questions, had more involved questions about day-to-day experience relevant to the role. I was also given an essay-format questionnaire about how I would handle certain situations that are common in the work.
