First, an exam is conducted in the job fair in our school, then I got invited for a technical group interview with my schoolmates. After that, I got another call for a 1-on-1 technical interview. The interview question was as hard as an ACM programming competition problem and you are given a little time to create an algorithm and defend it.

The process started with a personal interview with the HR, covering typical questions for most job interviews. After a few days to a week, I was invited to a technical interview which involved discussion of our analysis of programming solutions with co-applicants. The final step was an individual technical exam that heavily uses data structures for problem solving.

The individual technical exam was challenging at first when you're presented with the problem. But if you recall what you've learned in data structures and analyze the problem in detail, it's easy to come up with the solution and the code.

It starts with the HR explaining what Azeus is all about and what it offers to its employees. Then after that, candidates are given an exam good for 1 hour. Results are sent via e-mail.

For software developer there will be a technical exam which consist of programming after you passed you will have a series of interviews. You will have a technical interview and an HR interview before you will be offered a job.
