1st Stage - Online Test of average complexity, that verifies your skills, way of thinking and knowledge.
2nd Stage - video call interview with HR (similar to usual phone calls).
3rd Stage - interview with team representatives (TLs or other CS employees).

Colloquio
The interview was in 3 stages, online test of customer service skills, 1 to 1 video interview then live interview with 2 members of the CS team. Live interview was around an hour long, Very professional and very friendly interviewers both through video and live.
Offer came a month after the final interview, quite a long wait but justified by the COVID outbreak and the company needed to put appropriate measures in place for everyone's safety. They can hardly be blamed.
Accepted offer and very professional and thorough interview process
