Interviewed in 4 Rounds (post an initial Assessment, so total 5) Initial assessments were taken twice as recruiting team had changed tools from the Partner/client side. Technical interviews were fairly taken and apart from a misplaced resume was conducted smoothly. Overall the assessments lasted for more than 4 weeks. I was selected and offered the position, however the offer wasn't released until very late. (another 4-5 weeks after conveyed offer/selection confirmation), administration part is completely messy. They waste this much time at senior level recruitment, which is completely unprofessional. and the overall experience with interview process turned out extremely negative.
