The interview felt disingenuous from the start. At one point, I was pressured to share my salary expectations in front of a developer who was part of the call. This kind of discussion should be kept private and handled by HR—not brought up in front of future colleagues.
The tone was pushy and uncomfortable, and the overall process gave the impression that the interview wasn’t being conducted in good faith. It felt more like a formality or checkbox than a serious hiring conversation.
I hope the company reconsiders how it treats candidates and conducts its interviews with more transparency and professionalism.
3 meetings, one technical interview, 2 with hr representative and company managers manager .
Relatively slow process (~3 weeks).
Tech interview last around 2 hours. Questions were average difficulty mostly related to java collections and database specifics.
