I was contacted a couple of weeks after applying and asked to do a one-way interview, which I thought worked pretty well. They asked me to do a "hiring exercise" about a week later, which I enjoyed but found to have far too little instruction regarding the desired finished product. Emailed me a week later to say I wasn't moving forward in the process.
