Called me for a phone interview, asked me about my school experience, and availability.
Then set up a in person interview with manager to see the office, meet the team, and finalize the offer.

Over the phone conversation followed by an in-person interview. The interview consisted of a review of my resume followed by some questions. Also went over what it would be like to work there.
