telephone interview with the recruitment team then face to face with the deputy and then a relaxed chat with the store manager, it was for around 1 hour then feedback from the recruitment team

First of all i completed a video interview, followed by an online questionnaire, I then attended a face to face interview. I was asked to prepare a swot analysis of my local store. This was then followed up with a 2nd face to face interview.
