Three steps in the process:
1. Assignment - Basic check for Excel proficiency
2. Interview with a Senior Associate where the assignment and past experience is checked
3. Interview with the HoD - discussion around the role and past experience with a few fit questions
The first round was managerial and I got selected for 2nd round - Technical. The 2nd round was not good, the interviewer was rude and seemed prejudiced as if he has already selected someone and mine was just a formality. I felt rather discouraged after giving the interview.
The first round was manager round which went well. The second round was Technical where the interviewer sounded rude and biased. I think he already had someone selected and was just doing a formality by taking interview. He was prejudiced and didn't know SFDC himself.
