Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso BAE Systems (San Diego, CA)
Colloquio
Started with a 30 minute phone interview where we talked extensively about my resume and the typical behavioral questions. About a week after that, they scheduled an onsite interview and flew me out to San Diego. There, I had 4 separate hour-long interviews with members of different teams where I was asked a range of mostly behavioral questions with a resume and technical question sprinkled in.

Had pretty standard online first round. A mix of technical questions and some behavioral ones, but mostly technical. A few weeks later, they had an in-person interview. This was mostly simple algorithmic computer science questions, such as finding and removing duplicates in a list, and efficiently traversing a tree of numbers. I spoke with three different people, and that whole interview was at least an hour long. I think the interview went well.
But then, they never followed up. I sent at least one follow-up email, but they never responded. I get it if I was not a good fit for the role, that's fine. But ghosting me after bringing me in-person interview did not sit right with me.

Recruiter reached out in December. I first had a phone screen with the recruiter but I didn't make it past this stage. I believe the next stage would've been an onsite technical interview

Initial interview with a manager and an engineer. Mixture of technical and behavioral questions. Was asked to code a couple coding samples on the spot. One of them laughed at me when I was answering one of their questions that felt unprofessional.
