Initially a Telephone interview which is a run through of the role and your CV. The second stage is slightly more technical and will ask various competency questions. After that HR, will either make you a offer. After HR make an offer, the recruiter may say “We need to speak to Finance” if the recruiter says that, they are still searching for other applicants and are not particularly interested in you. You may find they don’t respond to emails or lengthen the offer stage for 6/7 weeks. It’s best to still keep searching for other opportunities.
