The first recorded video interview consisted of 4 questions all based on situations and asking to explain a time when. The second live interview is a 1.5 hour session that consists of 6 more situational questions followed by 3 'technical' questions. The interviews all seem like a tick box excerise and there was very little trying to get to know the candidate or what they had to offer. Thought each interview I wasn't asked once about any of my engineering experience or skills set and I was provided no opportunity to show what I could offer.
