Phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. I was asked questions about almost all the projects listed on my resume and about the software I used in each. Designing and modeling software like Solidworks in my case, was a big focus. I was asked about this one project I did in Solidworks and about the steps that I followed to get the required results. My knowledge on FEA analysis was tested by asking questions on the process.

Very streamlined and they are very friendly. It started with motivational behavioural then technical questions. The interviewers helped me through the technical questions when I was stuck. Overall it was good
