Interviewed was pretty straight- forward and handled in professional manner. It took about an hour. I was not really interested in testing, according to the interviewer that a test manager needs to do at least 30-40% of testing, which I am not willing to do. So, we changed the interview to "Project manager" instead. It was pretty ok, but honestly i didn't really prepared for that. Interviewers both are professional, asked clearly and deep into what i know and asked me to explained details about it, which could be very stressful if you dont prepare for it.
