I had 2 interviews with the same people first one was scripted answering questions on a paper and writing them then writing answers down second was shown around the BAE

The interview process was very smooth. The managers involved in the interview were friendly and easy to communicate with, which allowed for a true feel of the workplace atmosphere at BAE Systems.
