I recently completed an online HireVue interview for BAE Systems. It included a series of timed video response questions, a written exercise, and game-based psychometric assessments to evaluate cognitive skills.
Carried out online tests initially and after got invited to complete a video interview. After this I did an assessment centre which consisted of a group task, interview and case study
The first step was to enter a full profile online. The next sage was a video interview. Finally, the last stage was an assessment day. However, the process might has changed as this was several years ago.
