The process was quick. I applied online and got an email to schedule a 1-hour on-site interview the following week. There was 2 interviews total on one day. The first was with the department director and supervisor which went okay. There was some level of engagement between interviewers and myself. The second interview was with the direct manager of the position I applied for. I felt that the interviewer was not very engaging in the conversation. The initial comment from the interviewer as I walked in almost implied that the interviewer was not interested in conducting the interview. And as a result, there was time when the interviewer seemed bored and uninterested in continuing the conversation. There was no questioned coming from the interviewer. Toward the end of the interview, there was a very awkward silence as I left the office.
