Lots of personality questions. Not very much on the knowledge- which was odd. More interested in who I was and how I react to situations

The process took 6 weeks and there were 2 interviews. First was a phone screen with the hiring manager and 2 other engineers on the team. They had me run through my resume and answer basic interview questions. They were looking for how my experience aligned with the role. The second interview was in person where I met the entire team. The interview section was short, just some review from the first interview. The rest was a tour of the facility.
