It was a panel interview with 3 people interviewing me. They each asked about 3-4 questions. They asked a lot of behavioral questions mostly about my experience. They also asked why I would want to work at BAE.

I applied online and received a call from them about 6 months later. The first interview was roughly a 30-minute phone call about my resume and history, and was invited for an in-person interview. The interview took about 3 hours and was with 4 different people who asked mostly the same questions about my history, goals, and several STAR-styled questions. The wage and hour amount was stated differently in person than in the phone interview. As nice as everyone I met with were, it just felt dishonest, unclear, and an overall excessive waste of time

Applied via college career portal. Conducted 1 interview with 2 financial analysts a month later. Did not hear back for several months. Candidate portal said not selected and no response from recruiter or hiring manager. 5 months later, received phone call of verbal offer. Had to accept verbal offer before formal written offer letter.
