This has been by far the worst interview process I have gone through. First round was a phone screen that surprisingly went incredibly well and was eventually contacted again to go through the final round which was a 3.5 hour interview with different engineers. First person I spoke to seemed to not know what to ask me and I felt like I had to carry the conversation. The second person I spoke to was incredibly unprofessional and decided to conduct the interview while they were in their car driving. Who does that? What made this worse was that they had another person in the car (who is not from the company) listening in on the conversation. This person was also incredibly condescending and asked odd questions that I felt were not relevant to my experience. It left me with a bad feeling of the company and I knew instantly this was not going to be a good fit. At the end of the interview I get told there's a hiring freeze happening and we won't hear from them for another 3 months. I knew once this interview ended that it was a waste of my time.
