The initial interview is 100% virtual. It starts by you recording a video answering pre given interview questions, followed by a programming question with a time limit of an hour. The programming problem was fairly simple, kind of leetcode a style question. This tripped me up as I was not familiar with the environment with in which you write the code, and how it tested your code.
