The first interview was on the phone with the hiring manager. The second interview was in the corporate office with a group of two peers, one hiring manager, and one marketing manager, who was on the phone. The interaction was friendly, not incredibly high pressure, with many "how would you" questions. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Have you ever had someone who didn't want his or her story told to the point where he or she blew you off? How did you handle it. Approval processes move very slowly here. How do you handle that? You seem to be high energy -- how would you handle projects that take a long time?
