I was referred to the Company by an old co-worker. I sent an email with my resume attached regarding any possibilities of any openings in my field and in this case it was Stage Management. As luck would have it, they happened to have one. I received an email back almost immediately that they had heard of me before and was impressed with my resume and was asked to come in for an interview with General Manager and the Artist or Star of the show. I was also given comp tickets to see the show to make sure I would be interested in working there. I took them up on the offer and had my interview. The interview was very relaxed and informal. We all sat down together on couches and was asked many questions. Anything from my past shows to why I wanted to work there. I thought it went really well but in the end, they went with a former employee.
