a phone interview with two people. first is the self introduction, then ask questions about project on the resume, and at the same time, technical questions related to the method in resume. Then they leave something to ask open questions, like give you a certain situation, what will you do, how will you do that, during the time, they add more restrictions or relax some assumptions.

Eingeladen zu Bewerbungsgespräch, danach wurde sich 5 Monate später mit einem Terminvorschlag bei mir gemeldet. Vorher wurden auch grundsätzlich fragen zum Ablauf und einem potentiellen Termin ignoriert. Interview wurde dann letztendlich von irgendeiner Praktikantin durchgeführt, die jede Frage ablesen musste.
Danach hat man einfach nur Angst davor wie es ist bei solch einem AG zu arbeiten.
