It was a fairly standard interview process. Good questions. Measured the caliber of my skills and matched it with the work expected to be done. Very friendly recruitment process. Every step of the process was clearly highlighted.
1st round interview with the HR. talk about the projects. fairly detailed . will ask u some follow up questions . will also give u an intro to the company

Eingeladen zu Bewerbungsgespräch, danach wurde sich 5 Monate später mit einem Terminvorschlag bei mir gemeldet. Vorher wurden auch grundsätzlich fragen zum Ablauf und einem potentiellen Termin ignoriert. Interview wurde dann letztendlich von irgendeiner Praktikantin durchgeführt, die jede Frage ablesen musste.
Danach hat man einfach nur Angst davor wie es ist bei solch einem AG zu arbeiten.
