Es war professionell und mit hoher Wertschätzung. Es wurde ein Fokus auf die bisherige Berufserfahrung gelegt. Interview hat 1,5 h gedauert. Danach wird man Gelegenheit erhalten, zwei Kollegen im Team kennenzulernen.
Panel interview taking a deep dive on my previous experience and education background. Each interviewer clearly describe how they are a stakeholder to the position and were quite knowledgeable. Well run interview.

1 Phone screen, 1 Phone interview with hiring managers, 1 in-person interview 2 people panel. It was a thorough interview, walk through resume, specific questions and how to influence behavior and make business case. The interview went well but was difficult.
