The interview was quick with two senior engineers and a recruiter. Each asked a couple of behavioral questions and then allowed me to ask any questions I had. Everyone was super helpful and gave lots of great information and advice.
Zoom, panel interview with basic interview questions. Very friendly and answered all of my questions with excitement. No technical engineering questions. Only downside was that I could not really tell what I would be doing as an intern because they told me it depended on which team I was assigned to.
Two BASF employees interviewed... an engineer and a human resources personnel. Engineer asked more technical related questions and human resources asked work culture and personal questions, lasted about 45 minutes
