Extremely efficient and positive. The panel were very honest and open about the role and expectations, understandably to make sure I was a good fit.
Had a phone interview with a recruiter first and then had a virtual interview with a panel of five people. Presented a deck of myself and past experience for the first 20 minutes, followed by a 40 minute Q & A
