Overall a standard interview. Know the star method. The interviewers are chill people, very down-to-earth and friendly. Be prepared to talk about how (specifically) your personality, talents, and experience qualify you for the particular position. Don’t stress too much over the process. Be prepared to talk about your interests outside of school or work such as clubs, volunteering, extra-curricular activities.

15 min initial phone screen (logistics about moving, the interview process, etc) 45 min web ex interview. interviewed with HR and an Engineer who was apart of the PDP program before. the questions were very in depth (like each question had multiple questions to them). Know their Core values and how you can relate to them! (creative, open, responsible, entrepreneurial)
