I submitted a standard application with a cover letter. Then, I got an HR call after which we arranged an interview with the department. An interview was about an hour long. It was with two managers and consisted of fit questions and a small case. After the interview I received a positive feedback, but only after several months. The process in general took quite a long time, several months of the process plus several months before receiving an answer.
