"Tell me about a time when you faced a challenging situation at work and how you handled it. What was the outcome, and what did you learn from the experience?"
Interviewed on campus after a career fair. The interview was conducted in two parts, with two separate interviews. One part was behavioral with standard questions and one was technical just assessing your reasoning skills.

I'm still waiting today.
Once they choose the person they want, they discard the others too easily.

tell us about yourself, your resume and motivations
There are two rounds of interview. Both were chill. The first round was more about behavioral questions，such as what is your strength， can you use three words to describe youself. Second round was with line managers, with more professional job-related questions.
