1) Met with recruiters on campus to give resume 2) First round of interview, 1:1 on campus about 30-45 minutes; situational and technical questions 3) Second (final round) interview; overnight in hotel with 6-8 other candidates; multiple 30 minute interviews Though the interview questions were more difficult, the overall process was very organized and professional, and recruiters / BASF employees worked to give timely responses.

15 min initial phone screen (logistics about moving, the interview process, etc) 45 min web ex interview. interviewed with HR and an Engineer who was apart of the PDP program before. the questions were very in depth (like each question had multiple questions to them). Know their Core values and how you can relate to them! (creative, open, responsible, entrepreneurial)
