Quite lengthy, 4 rounds. With upper management, with direct (potential) team members. Had introduction chat, telling about overall CV and background. 1 round of competency, and 1 round of technical (not really into details).

Competency questions - relating to previous experience
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso BASF (Berlino) nel mese di dic 2021
Colloquio
Had a total of 4 rounds of interviews, all via video conference (interview process during the pandemic).
1st round with 2 people from BASF Services Europe team, basic intro and CV storytelling etc. 2nd round with same 2 people, longer talk, competency questions. 3rd round with 2 people from different locations (1 agronomist, 1 IT person), this was complex, intro, competency, technical questions and situations. 4th round similar to 3rd but with 3 other people (2 actual future colleagues and 1 person from different location.) All in all, not a very stressful process, obviously professional but with a hint of casual chat.
