As contract technician, they guarantee an interview for all qualifying positions for which they are hiring for the outside. I submitted an online application, and granted a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, technician specialist (Scientist), and a representative from Human Resources, where they asked a standard set of situation questions, and one technical question.
Panel interview…was laid back…got the interview after applying online 2 weeks before…the interview was onsite. It’s been over a week since the on-site interview, so it’s safe to say they hired another candidate. I expect to receive the rejection email any day now.
The interview process was with 4 people, and at the beginning they were very kind, later on, it took aroun 1 hour to answer all the questions that every person had, but it was a behavioral interview.
