Proceso largo con la inclusión de 3 entrevistas en el proceso. Telefónica, videollamada y posteriormente una presencial con presentación incluída. Gran trato y buen ambiente. Una buena experiencia, sin duda una multinacional recomendable

The interview process usually consists of a panel interview asking behavioral questions and real life scenarios. After the panel interview you may also meet with people from the respective businesses. They also have cultural fit questions which I think is nice because that will help you also determine if it's the right fit for you.

3-stage interview process with quick feedback. Includes competency, skills and attitude assessments. Interview with Business Manager, Divisional Head and Country management. Understanding of the chemical industry, geography and regulatory landscape.
Friendly conversation. Technical and commercial. Starting with HR and then session with the business head and finally with the managing director
