It’s an easy process they call you to schedule it, you go in take a test on billing, and then proceed with the interview. Everyone is friendly when you first meet them. They have somewhat high expectations for the position, but overall they aren’t a bad company. I highly suggest asking for the pay that you want because they do not give raises.
