Applied via the govt portal and received call for a virtual interview to be scheduled next day. However do not find this role on their careers website. Applicants please be warned that I suspect the interview was held to fufill their hiring requirement to sponsor internal candidate's Employment Pass. The hiring manager did mention I answered a test scenario on the fly without background knowledge well and the desired onboarding date. A bit pity but do have reservations when I saw this posting only on that designated portal. To HR, this is actually very well-known among locals now. And a poor hiring practice.
