It was a long process. Went through a casual phone interview followed by an online test, then Skype & in-person interviews. Very friendly HR staff and team leaders. The AC contained classic steps such as group discussion, role-play, and presentation.

First step was verbal reasoning and after you qualify you get a link for verbal reasoning. After that it is skype interviews. During the online interview first comes motivational questions followed by questions about the company and then at last business case questions. Then they call you after a day or so to discuss about your results
