Colloquio
There are 5 stages in total.
Stage 1- Online games and personality test.
The online games will measure your mathematical capabilities, logic, and also your personality. Do refer to the company's culture and desired attributes before starting.
Stage 2- Recorded Interview.
You will be given a series of HR-related interview questions. Be sure to read up about the HR department in general, and also what the HR department in BAT does. After this stage, I was invited to another phone call interview as they wanted to get to know me better. The questions here were mainly behavioural interview questions.
Stage 3- Panel online interview.
There were three interviewers here, but only one was doing the interviewing for me. The questions they asked me were mainly behavioural.
Stage 4- Assessment Centre.
Probably the most intense stage of the interview, but it wasn't too challenging, so don't be nervous. I find that being confident will help you a lot. Most of what you will do is a lot of business/case analysis, which requires you to digest information quickly and think critically for the desired answer. You will then present your findings as a group and individually. If you do not have any experiences with case studies before, do not worry. As long as you could think critically and creatively, you will be golden. After the case studies, there will also be an interview with one of BAT's HR employee from around the globe. They asked me questions regarding the case studies and also a few behavioural questions. Then, you will be asked to reflect on today's experience. Try to weave in the company's attributes into your reflection.
Stage 5- Final Interview.
Here, you will be interviewed by the HR director. You will be asked a series of behavioural questions.

The recruitment process for the Global Graduate Programme in HR has been a positive experience overall. It included two interviews focused on my expectations, motivation, and previous experience, along with some imaginative scenario-based exercises where I explained how I would handle different situations. The discussions felt engaging and well-structured. Although there has been a longer waiting time for the upcoming Assessment Center stage, I am genuinely curious and excited about what comes next.

Colloquio
Was very thorough & structured, the interviews itself were still informal but there are assessment rounds that test your fit for the role that you need to be prepared for.
