English Interview + Aptitude Test, 1st Round Interview, 2nd Round Assessment Center, 3rd Round Interview Then the final offer was made. It took almost 2 months of procedure The assessment centre was the toughest interview amongst BAT interviews

There are alot of layers in BAT interviews.
There is
-Culture Questionnaire
-Cognitive Tests – verbal and numerical reasoning
-Leadership Preference Questionnaire
- Face-to-face Interview
- Assessment Exercises.
The culture questionaires is not about right or wrong. They wanted to know if you are the right fit in terms of culture in the company.
2nd assessment is abit on technical.
The face to face interview was very relax as there are only 1-2 panel. But the final assessment was quite tought. There is a group discussion and individual presentation. Very time constraint.

Interview process was thorough, complete, adequate, structured & orderly. Fair representation of impacted parties. It was open and friendly, and very interactive requiring examples of application & posing real life scenarios
