First a long application, then Cognitive, Verbal and Cultural tests, then assessment center, then interviews. The whole process is managed very professionally. Although it is long and sometimes stressful, they make a good effort at really making you feel comfortable and enjoy the process. It is also a great opportunity to meet other great candidates and for networking.

Assessment Center, all in all quite Common: ind. Interview, Team task, group interview, Business case, Final assessment, lasting 3 to 4 hours. Good Training but Business case was very Hard
