We were straight from university. Company picked top 1o in our class and invited us for interviews. It was a 2 day whole day process. Objective type qns in the morning on 1st day and then an Assessment centre the next day. Very pleasant environement

Assessment Center, all in all quite Common: ind. Interview, Team task, group interview, Business case, Final assessment, lasting 3 to 4 hours. Good Training but Business case was very Hard
