First interview was a call with HR. Second interview was face to face with the hiring manager. Standard interview explaining role, what is required, going over my CV and history as well as some competency questions. Was surprised that at the end the manager informed me they were doing interviews that week and the following as they had done two rounds of advertising for the role and planned the second stage to be narrowed down to at least four people. After chasing for three weeks I received a standard reply that another candidate was chosen for the role. No feedback even on request.
