Overall I had a good experience of the interview process.
I particularly liked that I met lots of different people during the process so it helped me make the decision of whether I thought I would be a good fit in the team.
I thought the questions were relevant to the job I was applying for and also helped me understand the role more.

Colloquio
Two technical assessments. One about assessing the patentability of a docking station, the other a FTO analysis. The FTO analysis focused on a vape that had configurable heating (and mixing) settings. The whole interview was fairly hostile and cold. It also took absolutely ages to arrange and receive feedback. It left me questioning the culture and processes of the company. Avoid.

Colloquio
The interview process was in multiple stages. The toughest part is the technical question session. You get 2 questions which you are left for 45min to an hour by yourself to work through. Afterwards you present your answers and trigger some conversation around them. As long as you understand the company and have the technical understanding they are searching for you, it is a very comfortable environment. Everyone was very nice. But it is good to come prepared and have also questions for them. The job has to fit into your life as well.
