Turns out nurses are be hired and supervised by college drop outs who secretly resent how much the nurses are paid and assume you are goofing off like they do.

The director was super nice. Asked basic questions. Took a little test that was super easy. They reviewed the answers and then got offered the job that same day by HR.

The interview took place over the phone. It was very straightforward. The interviewer was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. If the culture of the job interview is any reflection of the culture of working for the organization, I'm sure it is a lovely place to work.
