Interview Process was very lengthy….it took over a month for hire. You will interview with many different managers and have numerous tests to take. I have nothing more to say about the interviewing process…..

I had a phone interview, in person interview at the office i applied to, and two video interviews. The questions I was asked were to make sure that I was a values match for the company. I had recruiting experience and that carried weight, but not as much as the values match. I also loved that i was able to text message with the recruiter I was working with. It made it easier to communicate with her while I was at my previous job than emailing and phone calling.
