Was contacted by their Human Resource department and had a phone interview. Then a couple days later was contacted by the branch banker to set up an interview. Went in and went thrive through the interview it was quick and to the point. A week later i was given a verbal offer. I was then to schedule a multicultural test via phone. The next business day I took the test via phone. The person asked questions in Spanish and i had to respond in Spanish. It took about 15 minutes. The following day I received a written offer letter via email with an additional money since I scored well on verbal test. I also had to schedule fingerprints and digitally sign a document letting them run a background check.

Phone interview with recruiter was pleasant. When the actual interview with the branch manager and regional was taken place, it felt as if I was having a conversation and not as an interview.
