The bbc application starts with an Online application form. This is followed by an assessment day. The full day includes multiple team excercises, a written communication assessment, multiple interviews and multiple numerical tests. The written test was about marketing for the bbc. It was a full day in central London.

It was smooth process with simple but many questions. Very important to be clear on why you need/want the position. There was an online assessment, and then a hirevue video interview with 5 questions.
