I am a dynamic and passionate Broadcast Journalist/Social Media Producer with work experience of five years covering a wide range of issues relating to politics, social issues, agriculture, cinema, arts and culture, be it in the form of broadcast journalism, social media and documentaries.

Standard panel interviews which were mostly technical in nature. Was asked to prepare two tasks for two rounds of interviews. Process did, however, take nearly six months from application to final result.
Many stages. Application, then online test, and then video recording. Quite tricky, as you need to include every value into every aspect. Very easy to understand, and well to explain. You don’t get feedback sadly.

BBC interviews focus on BBC values and behaviours as well as essential transferable skills and experience for the role. There is also situational questions you need to answer and sometimes a prepared test depending in the job.
